Who are the nail therapists?
Our nail therapists are all qualified professionals with previous experience in the industry. They have been trained to follow Habia industry guidelines, to maintain the highest hygiene & safety standards and to provide excellent customer service.
How do you ensure that you maintain the highest standards possible?
· We carefully handpick our nail technicians to ensure that they are professional, personable and experienced
· We only use the best products for our manicures – from our nail polishes to massage oils to removers
· Our tools are thoroughly cleaned and sterilised after each treatment
· We only use single-use disposable buffers and nail files
· Our manicurists use hand sanitiser after each appointment to prevent cross contamination
How do I change or cancel my appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that you are busy and last minute calls and meetings may pop up – that’s why we have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel free-of-charge anytime up to three hours before your appointment, and appointments can be booked right up to its starting time.
What happens if I don’t show up?
We are committed to staying on schedule so that we do not keep you waiting for your treatment, therefore we are unable to treat you if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, unless the following slot is still available. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds to no-shows.
When are your services available?
Please contact us if you would like us to visit your company. We operate on any weekday during working hours and can arrange to come to your office on any day for special one-off visits before company summer balls or Christmas parties. You can schedule your appointment up to a week in advance, and any time before the appointment if there is availability.

We partner with human resource teams of corporates in the City of London to bring you our office manicure services. We handle all booking and payments. All HR need to do is provide us with a conference room – we handle everything else from booking to payments.
